HeadCare aims to leverage TENs (Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) with a lower current output to safely reduce pain. It operates on the principle of using low-voltage currents from a battery-operated device to potentially ease discomfort by either impeding pain signals through nerve stimulation or by elevating the body's production of natural pain-relieving endorphins. The research and testing of this product has been conducted in collaboration with a physiotherapist to ensure its effectiveness and safety.
The Sensory Mode on existing market TENS devices provides high-frequency electrical impulses that can be adjusted to the comfort level of the user, inducing a soothing and tingling sensation for pain relief with continuous intensity.
The Motor Mode administers low-frequency, higher-intensity electrical impulses in a pulsed manner, targeting deeper tissue to facilitate movement and address more persistent pain, and also causes movement depicted by the raised finger.

The HeadCare app allows users to control the frequency and intensity of the low - voltage currents delivered through the HeadCare device. It also allows them to set the duration of treatment without the need of a separate controller.
The HeadCare app allows users to order patches on the go. It gives users the option to order different types of patches and gives them the option to schedule an order as well. It also allows the user to customize how the delivery agent contacts them.
